There’s no excuse for not knowing where it is – the place for your comment card after your visit to the museum, I mean. Museums rely on the feedback we give them so filling out those little cards is a really important part of your visit. It allows them to know what works (and what doesn’t), what you like (and what you don’t) and helps them to set priorities for the future.

It can sometimes be a challenge to get visitors to fill out a questionnaire, though. Sometimes responses are incentivised – such as entry into a prize draw. Other times, museums just try and make the process of taking part in evaluation a bit of fun. This one always gets a smile.
