I’m a writer and researcher based in London.
I’ve always been interested in the power of words,
both written and spoken.
I work mainly as a consultant with museums, art galleries and heritage organisations, but I’ve learned that I enjoy writing content on a variety of topics. You can see examples of some of these on the latest writing page.
I have published three books about the business of museum sector with Heritage Solution Ltd. On this website you can also find some excerpts and research notes from another book-in-progress.
Do say hello to me using MySpace, Facebook,
Linked In or twitter if you know how to use them. My skype username is steve-slack and I pin things on pinterest as steveslack.
Or, if you like using proper sentences, feel free to leave a comment on this page or email me: steve@steveslack.co.uk.

Dear Steve,
Hope you’ll remember me – I recently produced The Nuclear Dilemma exhibition (www.nucleardilemma.org) at the Red Cross in Geneva + you very kindly advised me in its early stages. Well I’m working on a number of other projects incl a massive one with the IPB.org that I’d like to talk to you about. I’ll be in London from 21 – 26th. Are you free for a chat/pint over the weekend?
